We count with our own gym centre and if you are a resident in Vizcainos, you will count with a 25% off in the enrollment and monthly payments with a 24 hour access to it and also, you can invite someone to spend a day in the gym with you as soon as they pay the daily fee!
There is a parking lot with a 24h security and its only 3 minutes away by foot and the price is about 90Euros per month.

Yes, all the community areas are for you, your family and your friends to enjoy with a maximun of 2 visits per person and if you need to make a group project, ask us in advanced for avaibility! The only zone not available is the gym.
